  Literally best oil change experience. They have free coffee and great customer service. When discovered I was waiting longer than expected, they offered an apology and a free oil change. They take full responsibility for all their work which is a mark of great quality service not only for the individual, but for your vehicle as well. It’s refreshing to experience a business who truly goes above and beyond expectations. Thank you Tate Boys!

  Absolutley incredible customer service!! I was expecting the typical dingy, worn out auto service garage. No, this place is CLEAN and bright, the waiting area has a kids play area that I would let my grandkids play in.
  The desk staff are customer focused and most importantly honest. I noticed the counter guys were never staring at their phones when not engaged with customers. Great job from management on customer focused training!
  My service was fast and reasonably priced and they didn't chase me away when I took a look under my truck when it was up on the lift.

  I had been losing air slowly in one of my tires for a couple of weeks. I ran by another tire company on Saturday when I had some time, but they just wanted to sell me a tire. I was in need of a quick fix so I left. The next day, I ran by Tate Boys on Yale, and they were so friendly through the entire process. They took my car in, repaired my tire for free, and did it all in such a timely manner. Every person I spoke with was so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend this Tate Boys location specifically.

  Struggling with not giving a 5. Went to have a tire repaired from a nail or screw. It was a slow leak and I didn’t want to sit too long waiting on Sat (2+ hours) so I went back on Wed. Got there at 8 and the boys were friendly, quick, and efficient. Very professional and a great value. I’ll be back to this location for sure. This is my one and only experience with Tate Boys.
