My four-year-old daughter had to get stitches in her eyebrow recently, and we went to this clinic and saw Dr. Jerome Vu. The front office staff was not very attentive, and we had to wait about an hour before being taken back, but the doctor did a fantastic job with my little girl's stitches. I'm so thankful we went to this clinic. Dr. Vu was knowledgeable, comforting, encouraging, and very skilled. You can barely even see the stitches. I doubt it will leave much of a scar if any. I can't imagine how anyone could have done a better job.

The nurse with the pink shoes who brought my daughter a purple popsicle was also very comforting and uplifting for my daughter. Thank you St. David's. ❤️

Over the past year since moving to Austin I have had to go to the ER for 3 very different medical issues. Everytime I am greeted with friendliness and professionalism, got a room and start treatment immediately, and most importantly have a real conversation with a doc that takes the time to listen to their patients. I am usually out within 1-3 hours and have only taken long due to my treatment and not due to having to wait. Even their registration is fast. I have had a different doc and nurse everytime and the experience is always 5-star. The staff, nurses, and doctors at this stand alone ER are amazing!!! Please be advised this is not an urgent care clinic this is a hospital ER. It is not billed as a urgent care clinic it is billed as an ER visit. Because it is in fact an ER. I would highly recommend this ER!

Very professional, they genuinely cared about our needs. They worked with us on a payment plan and were more concerned about our well being than the money. They were gentle and patient when surveying the ailment. Thank you so much!

I work in the medical field so I am very particular about who provides care. Dr. Dickens did a fantastic job on my son. The kind of Dr who takes the time to do things right.
