Gap Medical Clinic & Urgent Care

Penny is a phenomenal NP. She has helped me target problems and get to the root of them instead of just masking them or dismissing me. Because of her I have a new lease on life. Can't thank Penny and her staff enough. I highly recommend her services.

I have insurance but I pay the membership anyway because they listen. It’s not one size fits all. They still save you $. They really look at the whole picture and provide quality care. I hope they always are here. They exceed any urgent care around and primary care. I won’t go elsewhere. Thank you always to Penny, Chris and Dr. Britt. They will save you $$.

I have been with Gap since it first opened. The staff, doctors and nurses have always treated my family and I with great care and kindness. Sometimes we do have to wait a bit for an urgent care appt, but the staff was always working quickly to see to us and were very thorough in the exam room. I've never experienced a problem in the over 7 years of service with them. The membership benefit they started was also great since my family cannot afford regular insurance. It has helped us out so much. Great place with truly caring people.

Dr Brit no longer takes insurance. Instead he has a membership that costs 65 monthly, and 20 per visit copay. Most medicines, labs and X-rays are at a heavily discounted rate. Despite the fact that I have very good insurance, I pay the membership so I can keep Dr Britt as my physician because he has a wonderful bedside manner and actually listens when I talk. His office: while wait times can be long, they are never ridiculous and I never feel forgotten. His staff is friendly and remembers my name when I walk in. I wish there were more Doctors and offices that set such a good example. Thank you!
