We could not be more pleased with our brand new finished basement from BuildOR. Daniel and Ron are absolute pros and they were a joy to work with over the last 6 months. Daniel is a straight shooter and will keep it real. He was honest from the get go on what was and wasn't possible, and knows Portland Building Code like the back of his hand. Ron was professional and curteous while in our home. They clearly take strong pride in their work. I would recommend them 10/10 for your next home project.

During the summer of 2021 we had the pleasure of working with BUILDOR to construct the master bedroom suite of our dreams.
Working from a design that we supplied, the BUILDOR team, namely Daniel and Ron, brought our vision to reality with many cost savings and value added methods and materials.
Daniel was very good at communication via text, email and phone in addition to his on site presence. Ron's work was efficient and excellent. At all times both men were endlessly courteous, friendly and non-intrusive.
The subcontractors utilized by BUILDOR were all top notch, on time and professional. Especially nice cabinetry and flooring work.
The project was started on time and finished in a reasonable period considering the hidden problems of a 100 year old house.
I have never had a better contactor/client experience and would not hesitate to recommend this company for any project large or small.

BuildOR did a great job on my basement. We added two bedrooms. They were thoughtful, communicative and finished on time – all characteristics I don’t usually associate with contractors. I highly recommend them.

We, like many others in Portland, had a very unusual unfinished basement. These guys came in and transformed it into an amazing livable space! They were able to add a bedroom and bathroom along with finishing the rest of the space (living/laundry and office area). The basement has become one of our favorite area in the house now! It is beautiful!! Ron and Dan went above and beyond for us! They are highly skilled and trustworthy, they stand behind their work!

We had a crazy not-to-code DIY remodel basement complete with fake wood paneling and they turned it into a paradise. This company is very responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. The price was reasonable also, comparing to projects friends have gotten quoted.
