    I could not get my lift gate to fold in on a truck that I had recently purchase for private use. I was so frustrated after calling others the former owner and other service people who work on lift gates on what I may not be doing to get this gate to fold in. I called Precision and spoke to Orion White in the service department and then took photo's and sent to him. I then called him back he knew exactly what I needed to do and I went back outside and did exactly what he told me and BAM there it went it folded. Orion saved me from further frustration he totally turn my day around. I highly recommend Precision Lift Gate and the ladies who answers the phones are also very helpful and polite and professional.

    LIFTGATE HAS BEEN IMOBILE FOR 4 MONTHS NO ONE COULD HELP. ONE LOAD TO OREGON FROM FLORIDA AND ONE REFERRAL LATER SHANE GOT ME RIGHT WITHIN 15/20 MINUTES ABSOLUTELY THE BEST‼️‼️‼️

    Mark was of great help. He helped us find the best lift gate for the use case of the truck, and didn't try to up sell us in anyway. Very friendly and unmatched service. They definitely take great pride in their work.

    They're total professionals. Always helpful, the whole crew there. Whether it's parts or service I need they're the only place I'll go for all things liftgate. I have been doing business with them for years. Can't see any reason to change it. Thanks
