First, call my confidential line: 503-732-0187. Next, we will briefly discuss your situation. If you wish, we will then schedule your first session. I can do in-person or video sessions. Social distancing & other safety precautions are taken when doing in-person sessions. Sessions are 50 to 55 minutes (the first session is 55 minutes).
