(June 18, 2023, 3:17 pm)A zipper pull broke on my duffle bag. A replacement was delivered next day and I had replaced in about 10 min. Works great and the construction of the zipper pull is substantial - should last for years. One minor suggestion is to provide instructions how to tie plastic pull tab to the pull rope - they provide both plastic pull tab (black) and metal pull ring (silver). Very considerate. I decided to go with the plastic tab.
