As a practice I don’t write reviews but feel compelled to acknowledge Pat, Bryan, and the rest of the NWBS crew. I have known these guys for years and even when I bought a boat from another dealer, they still did all my service and treated as a top tier customer. That in turn paid off, because when in the market for a new boat I went to NWBS. These guys have never turned me away regardless of the peak seasons. Boats are an expensive investments and with this type of purchase it’s important to have a dealer who values not only the sale but the relationship- these guys do just that.

Great group to buy a boat from. Called to check if some boats were still available and to spoke to Bruce. He was very helpful over the phone. When we showed up, Bruce was more than happy to show us any boats we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about them all. We ended up doing a water test with the owner of NWBS, Pat. He did an excellent job talking us through all the boat systems and gave us a great experience. The lender they suggested was able to shop around and get us the best rate possible.

Every interaction with them has been a 5-star experience. The entire staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They are happy to take the time with you on any question you may have about your boat, and their service department is thorough & professional with a very quick turnaround.
