Been living at resident years now, cool place and environment, have any issues or problems reach out to office it will get resolved, Denise lady in office is cool until your not cool, lol, but she is very open honest and direct. Rosa is cool as well, the workers are pretty chill as well. Overall cool place.

Rick did a great job fixing our front door. It seems to be hanging level now and closes so quietly. Also George came recently to repair our heater and as usual did a great job. (Oh, and I think George should have gotten a new cart too btw! ☺️)

I like living at the Mountain Vista Apartment. They continually upgrade the facilities. They strive to improve that which requires improvement. They just installed new sliding doors and windows for everyone! The staff and maintenance crew are just awesome. They have nearly 40 year old spruce trees about the grounds and just updated their laundry operations making it easy to do laundry. Meaning you can check your laundry status by phone and washer/dryer availability. I would only suggest that the exterminators visit property twice weekly. Other than that, as I said, maintenance and staff are wonderful to deal with.

I've had a great experience at Mountain Vista at all points in the move-in process. Denise in the office was especially helpful and responsive as I navigated moving across states. The quality of my apartment is great (from substantial kitchen cabinet hardware to freshly glazed bathtub). I've been pleasantly surprised. I placed a work order through the resident portal for some non-working outlets and they were fixed the next day. Highly recommend.

An amazing Place to live . Peaceful clean with a very caring staff Denise, Rosa, Eric, Lourdes & Miss Lovey are all awesome . I been living here with my 2 children , Great Dane & Beautiful soon to be wife 😍 for 2 years & have had an absolute wonderful experience here , they are pet friendly & truly care about the people that live in the complex . Everyone iv met are family oriented & care about there neighbors & look out for each other. Close to the 15 freeway like 30 seconds & very close to all the restaurants & mayor stores like Wal-Mart , Target & Victorville Mall.
