Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center

I had the best experience during one of the worst experiences of my life at this hospital. I had a medical emergency and from the intake in the ER to the nurses and Dr's in the ER to being admitted. Every single staff member I came in contact with was kind and genuine. My transporter to the imaging dept., the staff in imaging and the floor nurses along w the surgery staff. I will never go anywhere else for care they are all a level above.

I visited the ER due to stomach issues. I was impressed with how quickly they moved me through the process. They got an IV in while I waited for a room. The staff was professional, courtesy and pleasant. I was in a room quickly and they ran the necessary tests and were helpful in answering questions. So nice to have been treated at this hospital!!!

My nursing team was amazing. I was so sick and in massive pain with terrible brain fog on top of it all and they were able to manage me without having any sign of poor bedside manner. I was so out of it I don't know how they kept me under control without losing there tempers. One of them even actually held my hand to comfort me for awhile. Not talking bad about st. Charles of bend Oregons nursing staff but they could really learn alot from these ladies because there bedside manner is on a nether level. I gotta say it again my nursing was amazing!!!

Entry is rough, they have you go through security screening while you hold up others who might have a bigger emergency than you, but I found the staff great past that point. The EMT on staff, Joseph, was very helpful and kind with my father, who is suspicious of ER staff. Doctor was quick and efficient as well. If something comes up, we’ll be back.
