Animal Care Clinic

We had a great experience when we brought our kitten Aang in with tummy troubles. All of the staff we met were super friendly and helpful, and Aang got great care from the vet who took her time answering all of our questions. They even made sure Aang had toys to play with while we waited which seemed to really distract him from an otherwise stressful experience. The location is also very clean, tidy, and accessible. We would definitely trust them with our beloved cats in the future.

We recently used this facility for cat boarding. We loved the location and the set up for the cats. The little "condos" are situated in a room with storefront windows where it is bright and appealing. Everyone is friendly and we can be confident the cat is getting the attention we would lavish on her at home. We took her toys, blanket and favorite food and snacks and we were happy to trust her care to them while we were away!

Been a great experience here so far. They've taken very good care of my pets and been accurate with diagnostics due to thorough exams. Fair prices, happy atmosphere and quick attentive care. Recommend!!

Everyone at ACC is always so warm and kind whenever we need to make a visit! They always make us feel welcome (and even remember little details about our animals and our family! So impressive!) and they do a great job of covering all of the details for our animal care! We love ACC!!

I truly cannot say enough about Animal Care Clinic. My beloved dog, Dodge, was a bit of a mess when it came to health issues. He was a Pitbull with horrible chronic ear infections, skin infections, and constantly had some sort of other rotating issue or concern- which only became more regular as he aged. We began taking him to ACC in 2018 after moving to the area from Salem and at this point, he was already a senior at 9 years old. They treated him in increasing regularity as he aged to the point that we were "regulars". The folks at the front desk knew him well and were always so exciting and welcoming as we walked through the door. Dodge really loved you guys.
Like I'm sure so many others can relate, Dodge was truly our baby. He was my whole world and there was nothing we wouldn't do to make sure he was getting the best possible treatment. I can confidently say that of the many vets I've seen for all of Dodge's ailments, Animal Care Clinic by far provided the best treatment of the highest quality, empathy, and care. We became incredibly attached to Dr. Susanna after we were given the heartbreaking news that Dodge had lymphoma and not much time left. Dr. Susanna saw us on a nearly weekly basis as his cancer progressed and was always straight forward, honest, supportive, and gentle. I can't tell you how many times I've cried on the phone and through the window to her (thanks, COVID!) and she never made me feel rushed or pushed in any way. Ultimately, when it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Susanna stayed late to be the one to help facilitate our final treatment. We were able to say our goodbyes outside, in the sun, with so much time to cherish our final moments.
There is no other business who has made such a profound impact on my life. I trusted them (and will again, when I am ready to get another pet) with my dog entirely and I wholeheartedly stand behind ACC. I feel incredibly confident in recommending them (particularly Dr. Susanna, if you can get her) to anyone I know who has a pet. As someone who loved their pet as a child and family member, I promise that there is no better treatment out there. I am so grateful for the support, empathy, care, and quality treatment that we have received at every visit.
