  I not only work at this location, I am also a patient. I have been seeing Tyson for a few months for my shoulder. I have had a pretty hectic year with health problems, and it has been hard for me. He has been there reassuring and encouraging me through my progress. I always feel at ease having him as my therapist because I feel like there is a concrete plan. I have seen many providers for a number of reasons over the years, and North Lake has an incredibly inclusive environment that makes everyone feel welcome. I would highly recommend this place for all physical therapy needs.

  I fell in Sept 2021 and broke my hand in 4 places. Because of a heart condition, I couldn’t have surgery. Physical Therapy was really my only hope. From the first day at North Lake PT in St Helens, I felt safe, comfortable, and began to feel like family! They were very professional, yet warm, kind, and caring. Slowly, my hand began to strengthen and recover. Dealing with a huge loss, my spouse of 33 years had passed away a year earlier and it turned my world upside down. They talked with me about my spouse and were gently consoling. All the while, cheering me on to get stronger, and stronger. When I finished my therapy, I honestly was sad to go. But I had finished and I was so impressed at how much my hand had improved, and how much better I felt about my lot in life. The therapists at North Lake are highly trained and know what they are doing. And it doesn’t hurt that occasionally one can watch from their river front office, huge ships trundling along the mighty Columbia. North Lake is well worth your time and effort.

  I've been here twice over the last 3 1/2 years and I'll go back every time I need to! The staff is very caring, warm and funny! Jason has always taken his time with my care and checks up with me each appt about my recovery. Willing to work with you on payments if needed. I've always felt heard and taken care of here, highly recommend! Thanks you guys for everything you do! (:

  After having my baby, I struggled with various everyday tasks and the North Lake team helped me overcome it all! I have been to various PT places in the past, but these guys make it less of a chore and more of an opportunity to prioritize myself. Believe it or not, I look forward to showing up and putting the work in!
  
  From wrist pain to knee pain, these guys know what they are doing and have fun doing it. Thank you Jason (and all his awesome associates)!

  I cannot say enough good things about this place! First, the manager Jason is so knowledgeable, he cares and always gives you his best. The staff is amazing! Always a greeting, interested in how you are doing and have such care and compassion. I had gone to therapy elsewhere in Columbia county and there is no comparison. I have made such huge progress in my recovery due to them!!
