Some were over priced, some didn't do a very good job of addressing the problem or tried to rent us a forklift for weeks while they waited for parts. We have been working with Independent for 3 or 4 years and are enjoying the relationship. They show up when needed and get the job done. The owner is good to work with and Rick is a good mechanic and likely their best asset!
