Portland Fairview RV Park

A nice park, but NOISY. Its not the park guests, it the freight trains going by ALL NIGHT LONG! The tracks are just to the north side of the park. Let's not forget about being directly under the flight path for Portland International Airport. In short, it's a nice place with a friendly staff, but I wouldn't wanna live there.

We had 2 different sites during our stay (we extended our stay). We were only able to get internet in the section by the office. The section far from the office did not have it. Not a big deal for us but might be for others. Each site had a nice picnic table. Plenty of areas to walk the dogs. Had a nice little swimming pool. Efficient and tidy laundry rooms. $2 to wash/dry.
Will stay here again.

Pretty much a terrible experience here. Got a confirmation email and when we arrived at the park, there were after hour check in maps. We did not have one nor did the woman who was checking in at the same time. She just found an empty site and used that. We also found a site that was empty and not on the late check in list. Alas, someone came along two hours later and had a confirmation for that site. They had a check in email. I never received that.. Tried to call every number listed anywhere. No answers. Tried the emergency call button at the office.. That went no where. Please find better help or have another staff member on call. This is a nice park with tons of spaces and people. I spoke to two other people with bad experiences that same day.

I quite like it here.

I just moved from Vancouver, from an apartment, and I must say (as a full timer), that I really do enjoy my time here. I feel very welcome in this environment, and the majority of people here have been truly friendly and respectful.

It looks like the staff has been constantly working pretty hard, and I know they are catching up on a few things. They have all been extremely friendly, including the maintenance/landscaping/office staff!

I use the laundry area a ton and it's always pretty clean, even the restrooms they have are pretty OK. Love the duck pond and the critter/bird wildlife here too.

Please, (and I hope they read this!), create better signage for delivery drivers. That's very popular around here, and every order ends in hassle. Just a sign saying sites "1-whatever this way" would change so much! The map at the office door trick just never seems to work. They drivers don't ever read the app directions, ever!
