I cannot say enough about how grateful we were to have found them as a fluke!

My roommate and I are both injured and moving to a downstairs apartment from an upstairs apartment within the same complex. We had hired some people from Taskrabbit the day before to assist with packing and were cancelled on minutes before the agreed upon start time. Needless to say, not having that additional help we were well behind in our packing when the movers got here.

Their team of 3 moved, helped pack and even swapped out a fridge, washer & dryer- all with such ease and efficiency. They moved our 2bd/2ba apartment in 4 hours! I was sure it would take longer due to the need to swap over all three appliances in both apartments. They didn’t touch a wall and everything was moved to its new place unscathed. They even worked around and were loving to our cats which were very curious about the happenings of the day.

I cannot tell you how happy we are with the service received. I recommend them to anyone with the need for a move or some heavy lifting. Boy are they strong! Their adaptability, professionalism, efficiency and compassion made what could have been a disaster, a pleasant and productive experience.

I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. We had a complicated move involving two apartments and two different crews and it could not have gone any smoother. We were moving from two different apartments into one apartment. All of this with a 5 month old baby in toe.
Yana in the front office was extremely efficient and helpful in arranging every thing over email (the company as a whole was extremely timely and responsive to emails often responding within a few minutes, even on weekends and at nights).
We had two different crews for the moves and Alex, Slava, Sergei, Alex#2 and Sergei#2 could not have been any more professional, careful, kind and efficient. Even though our crew got stuck behind a bad tractor trailer accident on the highway and started almost two hours late, they still finished the job on time (the building we were moving into had a time limit for the move). The another crew were moving us from a super tight and busy street with construction into a similar one and they also were extremely efficient. We had a number of fragile items, including house plants (an orchid, among others), a fragile instrument and not a single scratch was on any of our furniture or belongings. We expected some minor damage here and there, but there was none. We chose this company because of the good reviews on Yelp and Google and also because they mostly employ are permanent workers. We could not have made a better choice and I cannot say enough good things about them. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that we will go with these guys again for our next move.

I recently moved from Milpitas to Santa Clara, and got quotes from 5 movers. Luxury movers were the 1st I contacted; they made it incredibly easy on their website and I had their final "no frills, this is what you pay" quote 1 hour later. And they had BY FAR the best price, lower than most other quotes I solicited. Communication was great and they showed up on time on the day of the move. I got three guys with a truck and everything went smoothly. I made it easy for them my packing all my stuff into boxes and the guys made the rest of the job with wrapping the furniture and screens.
I can DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking to move AND save some money. The guys were friendly, fast and made the move as effortless as possible.

Moving with Luxury Moving was a greate experience! The management and the movers were excellent from the moment I called to make an appointment to moving the final box. I submitted a quote online and received a response within the half hour. I received confirmation during an hour after. The communication was easy!
When the movers came to my apartment, I hadn't completely finished packing up yet. They helped me put the remaining items in boxes, dismantled my bed, wrapped up delicate furniture and move everything into the truck . They were hilarious, just all around in great spirits, making a stressful situation much easier to handle! Thanks so much!

Very professional movers. Highly recommend to everyone who looks for a moving company. My moves never been so easy as in this time. Guys take care about everything, starting from small items packing and including furniture disassembly and reassembly. Wrapping skills also amazing - nothing been damaged or scratched.
