  I must say that the customer service at Biggelbachs is second to none. I ordered a case that I wanted before an upcoming tourney. Carissa called me and said that they had loaded everything up because they were headed to a tournament and the cases were most likely towards the front of the trailer. I told her that my plan was to have it before I left for the weekend. She asked that I give her a couple hours to look at the trailer and the next thing I know she digs it out and had it to me in 2 days! Biggelbachs is also one of the few places that have actual custom cues in stock. I highly recommend!

  I had the best experience at Biggelbacks Carissa ( Ca-reese-uh) helped me find my new Cue. My first cue. Maybe my last! I love it so much. And it was huge decision for me and they were VERY patient with me with all of my questions and being curious.
  
  Haha I feel very happy with my purchase and when I go to play people ask where I got it and I am very happy snd thankful to say I got it from a amazing husband and wife. They really made me feel good about my purchase and gave me a good deal! SVB for the win!
  
  Also it was fun to watch the husband ( Co owner ) hit a few jump shots for a customer who was there buying a jump cue. He gave him some tips and tricks which is going out of his way, really nice gesture.
  I'll be back for sure!

  The Biggelbach's are some of the nicest people I know. They always have what you need with the best pricing. If they don't have it, they will get it for you. I recommend them to all my pool playing friends. They are truly the best. Keep up the great work Biggelbach's.

  I ordered a cue that came with an extension and tip tool, but the item sent to me didn’t contain those two items. Biggelbach’s sent me a tip tool, two new tips, and a different extension that far exceeded the value of the extension that should have been with the original order, just to make the deal right. And with fast shipping too! This is a business that cares if their customer is happy. Absolutely recommend

  Steve and Carissa are both extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pool, the game and the equipment used to play. Both are very helpful and sell product based on what fits you best, not what is most expensive or in stock. They exhibit honesty and integrity in all aspects of their business, the retail, the tournaments and the lessons. They have become more than just vendors to our pool community.
