Straight talk, very friendly and informative. On a previous visit I almost fell over when Dr Melzer told me I didn't need new glasses-- that kind of honesty impresses me. During my most recent visit I found out I needed reading glasses. Although the office carries a wide selection of frames, there was no pressure to use them. When I decided to go with their frames I was shown the least expensive first with no attempt to upsell me. My kind of place.
