Our tech, Paul, was great. He came about 20 minutes after calling to schedule service. Our ac went out late last night and no other shop was open or able to come out this afternoon, on a weekend. We have animals and we did not want to wait, so we are very thankful for the quick response time, and quick repair! Thanks again Paul!

I cannot emphasize enough our gratitude to Bay Area Air Conditioning. Our HVAC system has gone out three times since we bought our house in October (an 8-month time span). It's a weird system, and it's in an odd spot. We also needed to learn how to maintain it (filters are essential, who knew?). Every single time, Bay Area Air Conditioning has been kind, efficient, punctual, and affordable. They have had our backs every time we've needed them.

They have never made us schedule an appointment more than 24 hours out, and most of the time they get us seen within a few hours. They have always been on time for our appointment. They have the BEST receptionists/coordinators in the world (shout out to Pam and Lisa for your endless patience and compassion when we were blubbering messes). Glen and Paul were our techs, and have been so understanding and patient with us as we asked them around nine million questions about how the system works and how to maintain it. Also, our dog (who doesn't really care about anybody but us) loves Glen so much that if Glen ever has to come back, our dog might hitch a ride with Glen on the way out.

If you need HVAC services, do yourself a favor and give them a call. They are the best service we've used and will be the only service we use going forward.

I chose them mainly because they showed up on time for my ac install quote and answered any questions i had promptly. I got four quotes from four companies and they were definitely on the lower end of price for the bryant/carrier system i was looking at. I was even more impressed with the install. They called before and confirmed arrival time and showed up in mass on time. Very clean and professional. They finished quickly and did a great job explaining how the system operates. The install was beautiful. I am a tradesman myself and have to say the took pride in their craftsmanship. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a replacement ac unit to get it from this company.
