I initially worked with Valeria’s few years ago in a primary care clinic that I managed and we got to work together closely. She was a fierce advocate for her patients and worked very hard to improve and expand the dietary services for the clinic as a whole. She is a true professional always seeking to expand what she knows and how she practices. One of the things that struck me was her work with our diabetic patients. Where most dietitians and doctors focus on telling people with diabetes what not to eat, she put effort into helping people to understand what they can eat and how to expand their options. I had the opportunity to talk to her as she was thinking about starting her business so It does not come as a surprise to me that her business is doing so well. From the very beginning she had the right focus which was simply to help people by giving the inspiration, tools, and knowledge to improve their health. I have worked for lots of healthcare companies that claim to be patient focused. She is one of the few that actually is.

Valeria is wonderful.
