  We lived here as a short term home between moves and it couldn't have been better. They were incredibly accommodating, from the first day tour, ease of move-in/move-out procedure, and speedy with all of our questions. They made it really easy to have a short term lease (3 months), there were zero problems adjusting move-in/move-out days to our convenience, and were quick getting us our deposit back. The location was great, especially for biking around Portland and eating on Williams/Mississippi/Alberta. Our dogs loved it. The view from our balcony was great. They had all the perks we wanted - new appliances with speedy maintenance anytime we had questions, big in unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, parking available (for a fee) etc. Would absolutely recommend it, especially for people looking for a short term lease while transitioning.

  We have lived in the Peloton Apartments for the past 4 months and we couldn’t love it more. Jordan, one of the leasing agents, helped us find an awesome apartment and we have felt welcomed by everyone in the complex. They have “Welcome Home Wednesday’s” which is has been a nice way to meet people. The place is clean, maintenance is prompt, and we love the amenities (gym, fire pit, outdoor areas, community lounge, etc).

  Lived here for a couple of months. The corner of Williams and Skidmore can get loud but other than that, good place to live

  Any negative reviews of the Peloton are not valid. We are going on our 2nd month here at the Peloton and we love it!
  SPACE:
  We are renting a live / work space which is perfect for our family of 3 + a puppy. The loft is perfect for running our media company out of. We love our situation and set up.
  STAFF:
  The staff is incredible. We think very highly of them. The Peloton is quick to reply, are very accommodating, respectful, generous, and professional.
  MAINTANCE:
  We haven’t had any major issues with the loft yet but any minor requests, maintenance addresses them immediately.
  RESIDENTS:
  All of the residents are friendly and nice. We haven’t run into any rude residents.
  DOG FRIENDLY:
  We love how accommodating the Peloton is to our puppy Shasta. She meets new friends every day.
  LOCATION:
  The location is incredible!!! We are located in the perfect area. The apartment complex is quite and slow on the west side, and on the east side it boasts of delicious restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. New Seasons is only a couple blocks away. We feel super blessed to live in such a prime location. Street parking has never been an issue.
  BRAND NEW:
  Its brand spankin new and gorgeous!
  OVERVIEW:
  We are very happy at the Peloton and foresee ourselves settling here for the next couple years.
