Pro Desk at The Home Depot

The PDX Home Depot location is a favorite of mine. The staff there are very helpful, and if they cannot answer your questions, they will scout out the person who can help.
With regard to my recent experience at their Pro Desk/Checkout process, it was great. The cashier that rang up my purchase was friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. Sometimes the lines can be rather long, but the cashiers move the line along as best as they possibly can. Also, a supervisor will step in to help when they see that a line is not moving along as it should.

Some of my best experiences are at the Pro Desk, this is where I interact more, maybe share a funny story. The Staff at the Pro Desk usually has a much better understanding of products as well as the intricacies of the construction business.

Had a flat tire on my motorcycle today and pulled into the gas station near by. The hose on the air machine was cut.. Me thinking and hoping just maybe.. maybe Home Depot can help me out. Called them and a guy by the name Keith said sure no problem bring it by.. Took it over and got my tire filled. I thanked Keith for helping me out and told him that I truly appreciate him doing this.. This great act of kindness is what makes customer service incredible.. Thank you soo much Keith for getting me back on the road. You are awesome!

Erin, Sam, and their team at the prodesk make our lives so much easier as contractors. They work their tails off finding us the best prices and we wouldn't be able to function nearly half as well as we do without them!
