Sofi at Forest Heights

Moved in a couple of months ago. Very happy with Jessica and Kayla, they have been extremely helpful moving in and getting all the paperwork done. Jessica gave us a great tour of their show unit, walked us around the place and was helped us with all our questions. We also had maintenance done by Jim, always went very well, very friendly and overall just great service. They are also super responsive!!

The apartments are very bright with big windows, lots of green around and the property is always kept clean and neat. Also enough visitor parking, we’ve never had an issue with someone not being able to find a spot. Sofi is a great place if you want to live in a safe neighborhood with a lot of walking opportunities and nature paths, a few local shops and bus access. Would 100% recommend Sofi.

Only negative would be If you get unlucky with neighbors living above you with kids and a dog you may get unlucky like we did. Kids constantly running around really makes a lot of bonking noise and even shakes the floor/ceiling to the point that you can feel it sitting in the couch or it shakes your lamps and paintings on the wall to the point they fall down sometimes. Tried talking to the neighbors but were met with “I have 3 sons, boys will be boys”. Unfortunately nothing you can do in a situation like this just go for a top floor rental or get lucky.

After living in downtown Portland I decided to visit this nice complex. Very peaceful community with lots of trees around. It offers great views of the trees from the balcony. Unfortunately, they didn't have a unit available for when I needed one. Definitely a community to recommend! Kayla gave me a great tour (with masks and all.. COVID time). She has a great attitude and answered all my questions.

I wanted to live near Forest Park and Sofi at Forest Park is a great location. The parks and trails in the area are terrific for an Austin TX transplant. And Kayla is the best. Before I took the place I was renting from Austin and I asked her if she could send me pictures of the view from the apt I was interested in and also get a ceiling height measurement for a 9' antique mirror. Next day she emailed me pix showing me the great view of the woods out my patio door and ceiling hgt confirmation. As far as maintenance goes, Craig and Austin are both good guys who attend to any service calls I've had the same day typically.

I've lived here for over four years now, and I've never been impressed with the management here until Christin Stanton took over. She's been on top of things from the very start. I've personally have seen her go out of her way to help residents here at Forest Heights. She's an outstanding representative of her company and a 5-Star person. We need more people like her in leadership!!
