(March 20, 2023, 3:33 pm)We were so impressed with the options and price, that we didn't get other bids, but I'd been looking for some time considering doing this work, so I'm pretty confident the cost was pretty much in-line with hiring a contractor. The added bonus to us was that they were literally in-and-out, completely cleaned up and everything, in just shy of 2 days. My husband, who'd been skeptical, was impressed and greatly relieved that he didn't need to lift a finger! And now his 93 yr old mom and my 86 yr old mom have a safe place to shower when they visit!

(October 29, 2022, 5:39 pm)We had our fiberglass tub/shower replaced with Kohler's Luxstone walk in shower and we are very happy with the quality and construction. We did our due diligence and got three quotes from companies specializing in tub to shower conversion. Pacific Bath wasn't the cheapest, but the quality of materials far out did the other companies and checked all our boxes.
The crew was fantastic. They were very careful keeping our home very clean and tidy as they had to go up and down stairs to get to the main bath. They were also consciousness of the overall look of the shower. As they were about ready to install the last panel they decided that the overall color was too dark and didn't match up with the other panels. So they brought back a new panel and installed it the next day.
The shower, with its sliding glass door, gives us a much more spacious shower space and the integrated locker offers all the room we need for soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. -

Pacific Bath Company was our answer with a Kohler shower. Our salesmen, Eric, made the transaction stress-free. He really listened to what we needed and wanted. The installers were friendly and professional. They kept us informed with every step of the process. They also measured & confirmed the grab bars and shower head placement were the height we desired. We are so pleased with our new shower; we plan to have Pacific Bath Company install a Kohler tub & shower in our other bathroom.

Brandon and David did a super job! They were professional, clean, and friendly with all the dogs we have. No complaints here. They kept the work area tidy and put drop clothes down during their work day to keep the floors clean. The job got done in 2 days!
Definitely recommend this company and the Kohler products.
