(August 17, 2014, 5:52 pm)After a Hotel California experience in a Sacrament, CA Walmart, on 6/16/14, the manger at this Oregon Auto department understood my problem and corrected four or five mistakes at no charge, which were made at the CA Walmart . This manager, reversed tire rotation as it was supposed to be, checked all 4 tires to find the one tire was not previous balanced as it should have been and balanced it properly. I got back on my road trip and my car was riding smoothly as ever, Thanks!
