Our well pump went out and we had no water in the home. A technician came out the same day to look at it and they fixed it the very next day. Excellent service and reasonable pricing too. We we definitely use them again!

I'm in Ariz. My pump fried (bad smell) near Banks. Tim was on site within 1.5 hrs. Small part brought pump back from the dead. Very modest charge. Great relief!! Could have taken advantage of the situation but didn't! Trustworthy!!! Thank you Precision Pump.

Precision Pump, you are awesome. My well pressure relief valve decided to begin failing after I was monkeying around with my pressure switch settings. Turned out that my pressure gauge was stuck. The phone lady was very nice about tracking down one of their technicians on a weekend. Trent showed up exactly when he said he would. He replaced all of the old parts and reconfigured the piping so that it's way easier to maintain. He then spent about 20 minutes off the record to teach me about how to take care of my system and how to change the filters. Thanks Trent! I've now got their number on the wall near my pump controller and you should too.

Quick response. The service guy found the problem within 20 minutes of arriving; the pump adapter had corroded away. Replaced with a stainless steel adapter and we have water again! Thanks so much, Trent!
