Columbia Allergy

I had an excellent experience here. There a few minor hiccups with billing, but they were resolved. I went here 2 years while living in Oregon for grad school. Dr Chang was great. He has a nice personality and was very knowledgeable. I had allergy shots here every 6 weeks so I was a frequent patient and my encounters with other staff were friendly as well. Thank you!

Not sure what the person below is griping about in regards to insurance issues. Sometimes healthcare providers don’t accept certain insurances causing the patient to pay a copay. From my experience with any healthcare provider it’s common for patients to call and ask if there insurance is accepted, if they have a copay, and if they are considered in network... This is insurance 101... I couldn’t resist straightening that review out 😬

I have been getting allergy shots with this clinic for around 3 years now and they are just the most amazing people. The staff are incredibly friendly. They know me by name and ask me how I am and we talk like old friends. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for shots. They are good at what they do and make waiting 30 minutes after shots a fun pleasant experience. It’s not like sitting in a sterile boring doctors office, these people treat you like family and you will instantly fall in love with Emily and April.
