Caring Smiles Dental

I had a horrible dental experience before coming here. So I was very nervous. My cleaning and my crown that I got here was a great experience. Everyone is so kind. I can tell they care. They made my nerves disappear.

I'd like to leave a comprehensive review of the clinic. I believe this place is a hidden gem in the city of Portland and it is highly underestimated. I found the place accidentally by Google search and chose the place because the staff was very friendly in comparison with two other places, which I can't name for obvious reasons.
So, from the beginning.
1. Parking. Parking is at the quiet plaza and is totally available.
2. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and proactive. They are also very organized and record thins. For example, I forgot about a complimentary teeth cleaning and they reminded me and proposed to re-schedule. Very nice of them.
3. Safety. They take al the stringent safety measures. It is a very clean place and the staff is stringent about Covid proactive measures. Make you feel safer.
4. Prices. Prices are very affordable for the quality they provide.
5. Finally, the quality of the medical service is superior. My doctor was Roman Zacharia, a very polite professional with a lot of experience. He is also very friendly and kind doctor with the great sense of humor. I believe these qualities are important for dentists! I had deep cleaning and the service was quick and very well done. I hardly had any pain after a couple of days.
I will certainly use this place in the future for all dental services. Highly recommend. The only thing I'm afraid of, that the prices will go up after my review, lol.

Dr. Roman and all the staff here are amazing! If you have anxiety going to the dentist, I would highly recommend Caring Smiles. They are kind and friendly and that helps me relax a lot. They work efficiently without compromising quality. I really feel they care for their patients and try to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

My husband wanted me to find a new dentist for him. When the card came in the mail for Caring Smiles I decided to call and get him in for a cleaning and exam. He was very impressed with the Dr. and staff and has talked me into switching also. The office is very close to our home, the prices are very reasonable and the staff very caring. We are excited to have found such a professional, friendly dentist so close to home.

The office is spacious. Well-lit with sun light, giving the waiting area very cozy. They also provide complimentary coffee and drink.There is a small spot nearby the front desk counter to keep kids occupied while signing in and waiting for the call. The staffs are very friendly and can work with kids well. My daughter resisted the teeth clean up a little bit, but it was a breeze for my son. The overall experience was great. I would recommend Caring Smiles Dental to everyone.
