The tech was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I just wish there was a video, instead of still pics of the storm drain, but I’m still satisfied with the service. Overall, very good work.
Excellent service ... and so quick. We phoned on Friday morning and repairman Nate was at our house by 8AM the following Monday..
20 minutes later, we had a cleanly flowing drain.
Great service--showed up on time, nice, professional, quickly figured out the problem, worked quickly, reasonable price. My only reservation is that he could have cleaned up better after the work was done. Not a big deal, just not perfect. I have used this company multiple times and have always found them to be great.
Extremely happy with the service, professionalism, and friendliness of our technician. On top of all that, he was happy to and able to answer all my questions while explaining the process in a way that layman like myself could understand.
Mr McGraw was able to move us earlier in the day. Great.
He was quite efficient at busting the clog in our kitchen sink
drain. He discussed what he was doing. Also, he made some
useful suggestions on what we should do in the future.
Definitely earned five stars.
