The customer service was beyond exemplary!!! Bar non. Talked with a gentleman by the name of Travis and he was the best 👌 👍. You don't usually find genuinely kind people over the phone with the customers best interest first. This man deserves a raise and was very pleasant to talk to just in general 👏 🙌. Good, Real, and Genuine people are hard to find. I hope His and his family are and will continue to be blessed beyond measure 🙏 Thank you Travis!!!!! 😊

This is my first time getting a storage unit and I lived close to 5 different storage areas. Extra Storage caught my attention because it looked the more well organized and clean location. Let me tell you that’s exactly how it is! I got my unit on a Sunday and had to wait till Monday to get my gate code and such which wasn’t bad so I was fine with it. When we got to the office the woman there was so nice and kind. I didn’t get the vibe of “you don’t belong here” where some locations tend to give which was super nice. I checked in with her to verify my info and got my gate code so fast. By using the online service to get my locker to coming into the office to get my code was all smooth and do recommend here! The online showing they provide is try to size altho they didn’t offer a 5x8 showing the 5x10 looked exactly like ours just 2 ft smaller. So far I am loving my experience and service here at Extra Storage.

I haven't had a chance to get my belongings into the storage unit yet, but my initial dealings with extra space storage were actually amazing. Knowing how poor most companies are with there customer service, I was extremely happy and surprised at how wonderful the gal I worked with was. I had some specific and difficult needs regarding price and timeframes and she made sure that everything I needed was accommodated regardless of how hard it was for her or how long it took. She never rushed me or the process and I ultimately couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Thank you ESS and the wonderful rep I worked with for the best customer service ever!

Takes a minute to get there but worth the drive

Patricia is the best. Has tons of experience and skill you can’t find anywhere else. She does beautiful cuts and color. She’s done my hair since I was in middle school and still remembers exactly how I like my hair cut without me having to say a thing.

It has been the greatest Salon I have found since I moved to this area she keeps my fingernails and toenails looking beautiful and does a wonderful job on my hair. I have been very particular about my hair because I had been with my old hairdresser for years and didn’t know if I could find someone to do it like I get it done so I went to her shop to get my nails done for the first time in years and she made me feel very comfortable with her orefectionist on my nails that I decided to let her do my hair she did such a wonderful job I will not go anywhere else. She also stays on top of when my hair and nails need to be done and she is very reasonable on her prices.
