We went to the rainbow location and it was packed so we called and found out this location was not as bad
We came here and were greeted by Jordan who took his time to help us! Then when we need cases Alex helped us too and made sure we had the right phone case.
Jordan helped us transition to another phone smoothly and my mom was able to do it with his help, again he took his time and was very patient.
Everyone acknowledged customers who entered the store.
The store was clean and there were a lot of choices.

You cannot get better service from anyone, anywhere.

He is thorough to a fault. Seriously professional while still being friendly and sincere. The fact that he cares is so obvious. His attention to detail, while making sure you understand everything that is happening is refreshing. He’s not just trying to get a sale and push you out the door.

I feel very blessed and lucky to have met him.

Ask for Ray. You will be very glad you did.

And Verizon will most assuredly promote him soon. He has that “bigger picture mentality” necessary to be a significant decision maker in any organization. If Verizon doesn’t take care of him, some other company is going to.

Once we got to the store we were approached by Roger. I am glad he was the one attending to us since my husband likes people to listen to him and give him the best feedback and suggestions. Roger was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, he did not push any of the products and was listening to us. He was also checking on us, if we needed water and asking about our day. I will highly suggest Roger and his professionalism.

Verizon store at Blue Diamond- Richie has been a very good help to me and family, he helped us with ordering out new phones and transfer of numbers to my line. It took us a few weeks to make the transfer but he was there to help us with any and everything within that time. He’s so appreciated by me and my family.

They are always super nice! I use a cane and when I went into the store, even though all the staff were with customers, the first worker who saw me asked their customer to hold on and came up to me to offer me a seat.

They are nice over the phone as well! I’ve been having trouble with online customer service. I called the store to see if someone there could help me directly. They said they couldn’t, but extended an invite to visit the store so we could call together. I declined, but really appreciated the offer.
