Fayza I Sohail Md | Kaiser Permanente

After switching from my pediatrician I was worried about seeing a new doctor but Dr. Sohail is amazing! She is genuine, kind, and very professional. I am planing to stay with her as long as I can!

When I changed Kaiser clinics, I read about ALL the physicians and chose Dr. Sohail. I found her to be a genuinely kind person with a professional demeanor, and she LISTENS to you. After my initial visit and another visit when I just "didn't feel right," I was so impressed with her diagnosis and comfortable with the recommended treatment that I insisted my husband change his physician over to her. My 70+ year-old husband is very particular about physicians (due to back trauma since age 8, military injuries, a triple bypass and a stroke). He raves about her! Her technicians are also great. I agree that the reviewer with a low rating gave no info to support that, so disregard it.

Don't know what that first review is talking about. Can you give some details please? It's unfair to give her such a low score without telling the reason.

Based on my experience, Dr. Sohail is very professional, and very caring. She took my leg injury very seriously, ordered ultrasound immediately to check for issues, and communicated everything very well. Both her and Kaiser hospital at westside are super.
