Timber Dental Bethany

I have had a history of bad experiences with various dentists, but with a timberline and all the work I am having done, I have almost looked forward to going and sitting in the chair. The experience each visit has been great, and feeling relaxed, and not stressed from the service as I walk through the front door, to getting setup & ready for the Dr. The mindful experience then continues from the great work of Dr. Lee, and then leaving the appt and getting through the exit part. Everyone there works together, as a team, to ensure that the patients get the service they need, the quality, and the experience to ensure they are comfortable to keep coming back when needed.

I absolutely love timber dental! Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is incredibly welcoming & kind. My 6 year old loves coming here and I think that says a lot coming from a kid! I specifically want to thank my incredible Dr. Lee, the front receptionists, Hope and Philip.

When I called to schedule an appointment for my mother I believe I talked to Phillip. I indicated I hadn't dealt with UHC insurance before, not sure what I needed to do, do they accept that insurance? Yes they did and he was so good at walking me through the process, welcoming me to Timber Dental and getting her visit set up. Upon arrival you would have thought we had been going there for years. We were both greeted by name when we walked in the door and welcomed. Mom was taken back in under five minutes. Once out of her appointment my mother said everyone she met or listened to seemed like they were a big family. We went due to an urgent need, I said if she didn't like the place they could deal with the issue at hand for now and we would find another office. In all we had a great experience and we will be back!

Like many of us, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. I had some concerns about my gums and decided to make an appointment atThe Bethany office is closest to me.

The atmosphere is cheerful and bright. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Sarah was my dentist and she was wonderful. I haven’t had much dental work other than cleaning so the thought of shots in my mouth made me anxious. She was very kind, thoughtful and highly skilled. I really think I hit the jackpot.

I have no reservations recommending Timber Dental and Dr. Sarah. ❤️
