Refiners Fire Services

My fireplace had not been working and I had it looked at three times by another company, but the problem was never fixed - the pilot light kept going out. I had this company come out and Kevin knew my type of fireplace very well - he came out twice and so far it is working great! Very happy.

Kevin was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and he did everything he possibly could to get our gas fireplace working. I would recommend him/Refiners Fire Services to anyone needing inspection, repair, or cleaning of their gas fireplace. I called a LOT of places before Refiners. Everywhere I called cost more money than Refiners and they all would have taken longer to come out and help me. You couldn't ask for better availability, service, or price. This is easily the best value I could find in the Portland Metro area.

Wonderful experience! Margaret scheduled my appointment and was super friendly and helpful! They managed get to my fireplace repair/cleaning faster (and cheaper) than the other 2 places I called. I appreciated being sent a confirmation email with picture of my technician, and Kevin himself was awesome. He didn't mind talking me thru what he was doing (I like to be an informed home owner), he was thorough, clean and just overall great-so refreshing!
