  Ann Marie is one of the most caring individuals in the insurance industry I’ve ever met. She cares about you as an individual and makes sure you get what you need. My wife and I were going through some hard times and she always was there for us no matter our financial situation. She is a good friend and will make sure you get exactly what you need for any situation in you life.

  If you're considering someone for your insurance needs, I highly recommend Todd Houser State Farm. I have both renters and auto insurance through them and I've been so pleased with my overall experience. I've worked with Ann Marie specifically a few times and she's always been very friendly and quick to answer all of my questions. She really goes above and beyond. Additionally, everyone I've spoken with so far has been great. Normally don't leave reviews but some places really deserve the recognition and this is definitely one of those places. Thanks guys!

  Hi! I just recently had my car broken into through the driver's side window and had a few items stolen out of my car.
  I called State Farm right away and talked to Ann Marie Friedrick and she was on it right away and had an appointment for me the same day within 3 hours.
  I had an appointment to go to and noticed that that when I closed the door there was more broken glass falling down into the door.
  When I got to my appointment and tried to open the door from the inside, it didn't open, no matter what I tried. So I have a stick shift that I had to crawl over to get to the passenger seat and go out of that door.
  When I came out of my appointment, I tried to open the door from the outside with no luck, so I kept turning the key in the lock several times and the window went down. I was then able to open the passenger car door from the inside of the car and get back in as I had gotten out.
  I got home and called Ann Marie again and she found an auto body place near my apartment and gave me the phone number to call to make an appointment.
  Luckily I was able to get in the very next day. They found that the wire was not attached to the door handle, so the door couldn't be open. They were astonished that I was able to get into and out of the car. I am 71 years young but still agile enough ---thank goodness for that.
  Within a half hour they managed to get the panel opened enough to stick his arm all the way down to allow the door handle to work again and fix it properly once the door was open and the whole panel was off the door!!
  
  Ann Marie was an absolute angel and super quick to get fast results twice in one day!! She was extremely pleasant and very understanding of the situations and so sorry that all of this had happened.
  
  Todd Houser has been my agent for a few years and when I needed help his staff (Ann Marie) was there for me and concerned for my well being! I will be staying with State Farm for a long time and HIGHLY recommend Todd and his staff for all your car and home insurance needs

  I have had life insurance with Todd and his team for more than ten years. They are always professional, candid, and knowledgeable. If I die, Todd and State Farm will provide income to my family so I trust him very closely. He is a great guy and is extremely knowledgeable with all types of financial instruments. There are cheaper premium options out there but the service and knowledge he provides is worth a little bit more cost to our family and to yours. Highly Recommend Todd Houser and State Farm!
