Great hall to do pilat

Even if you are a student of Pilates, the Beginning Mat Pilates classes are a great reminder of the proper technique we are all supposed to be following. Mandee’s cueing is so clear. I highly recommend her library.

I loved Mandee's yoga class prior to the pandemic but now I'm a total fan of all of her classes--yoga, pilates, fitness, ellove--it's been life saving to have her positive energy, expertise, and adaptability to get me through this thing. It's so important for me to have a regular wellness routine to manage my health and my back issues and I've been able to do it all with daily walks and regular workouts with Mandee. I take a private class each week, several group classes, and I subscribe to her library. She's got it all! The reason it really works, though, is Mandee knows how to connect with people--even if it's virtually--and she is a master cuer. If you're thinking about trying virtual classes, definitely give Mandee's a try...no matter what level your fitness routine is at, Mandee has a workout for you that will feel good. Namaste.

Mandee is an incredibly gifted instructor. She takes the time to explain not only the movement, but why it is happening and the benefits it has for your body holistically. She is so clearly passionate about physical wellness and it radiates to her clients. I have participated in both Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Yoga, and private classes with Mandee and she has extensive knowledge in all. Couldn't ask for a better instructor!
