It is easy to schedule an appointment and I have a new favorite female service representative, Summer. She gets 5 stars for professionalism, friendly, cheerful attitude even when I can tell she is super busy with work, knowledge and expertise. And recently I have received video messages with the auto inspection report which show detail images to explain what and why something is recommended. Genius! Love the full service Kuni Lexus provides!
