This a place where you feel like “ home “ . Care for their residents is phenomenal . This is owned and operated by a Nurse plus their Resident Mgr is also a Nurse as well . Very well experienced with caregiving and family oriented . Keep up the good work Sofia’s Home .

Sofia's Home is amazing. We toured other facilities before choosing this residential private home and everywhere else seemed so impersonal and generic. The staff at Sofia's Home care about each resident and involve them in activities of daily living to enhance general health and emotional well-being. There is nowhere else that we would want our mother, who is experiencing dementia, to be. As daughters who have to work to make a living, we are assured every day that our mother is getting the best of care and living life to the fullest that we can provide. She still plays golf on weekends and spends as much time with us as possible when we are not at work. The house is very accommodating to our schedules, works with us for medical care issues and goes above and beyond to make sure we are doing the best for our loved one.

Natalya and her staff strive to provide the best care for their residents. My great aunt lived her last days in a clean, warm and nurturing home environment. I could not be anymore pleased with the care at Sofia's. I highly recommend them. Having my great aunt in a smaller care home makes the difference for the individual care and attention they were able to provide. Home cooked meals and specific activities suited for someone with visual and hearing impairments was very important to me and my family. Kudos to all at Sofia's! :)

My mother has been in Sofia's Home in Wilsonville since December of 2017. What I have noticed every time I visit is the care and concern of each of the caregivers. My mother is diabetic and needs a low sugar, low salt and lactose free diet. Meals are prepared by the staff taking care to follow the individual needs of each resident.

My mom is also very anxious and needs to know that someone will be there for her when she calls. They go out of their way to do special things for each resident such as birthday parties and holiday celebrations. My mom told me that Jackie gives her foot massages to help the swelling in her feet and legs and to just help my mom relax. I am totally confident that my mom is safe and well cared for at Sofia's. She can no longer walk and feels safe in transferring from her bed to her wheel chair and from the wheelchair to her recliner in the living room with the use of a gait belt and a safety pole.

Sofia's has a warm, cozy and comfortable home atmosphere. The entire staff, Jackie, Elizabeth, Maryanne, Natalya and Bill are a wonderful, caring team who work together to make Sofia's Home the best choice place I could have made to care for my mother.

Sofia’s Home is amazing! The staff treats the clients with respect and provides excellent care. The hospitality is a plus as the food is healthy and delicious. Unlike other care facilities I am aware of, Sofia’s prepares home cooked meals as opposed to canned or other processed foods. Sofia’s is well maintained, clean and comfortable and everyone seems to get a long. I would recommend this place to others who need a warm, welcoming place to call home.
