Willamette Valley Medical Center

I’ve had to bring my daughter to this medical center twice in the last month due to some scary symptoms linked to the respiratory illnesses going around our schools right now (and urgent care clinics nearby being closed), and each time we got in and were seen right away. The nurses will all sweet and helpful, and we had Dr. Cronin both times, who is wonderful with children and easy to talk to in general, who also got us released in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my son in for a high grade fever and yes we did have to wait 2 hrs to see a doctor but with them being short Staff and seeing multiple ambulances come in. They got to us pretty fast. Even after when I had left I was having trouble filling the Prescription Dr. Johnson Brett got on the phone with us and still helped over the phone. They did there up most best for the amount of staff they had and i thank them so much for doing everything they can to insure the health of my child.

Went to the ER with our son over the weekend. Everyone was kind and patient and professional. They alleviated my son's anxiety (and ours) by explaining everything they did, both how and why. It was a very quick trip. We were in and out in about an hour (which I know is an unusually short visit). I've been in this ER twice before for myself and every time has been like this. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands here.
