WaterBear Restoration

Our family would highly recommend the services of the Newberg WaterBear Company. Last December we discovered a leak underneath our kitchen that caused extensive damage. We called our home owner's insurance agent at State Farm and they were slow and not very helpful. Fortunately, we did call WaterBear and they came out that day. They helped us find an inexpensive plummer and worked with our home owner's insurance to help make a very massive repair affordable.
Most of all, the people who came to our house were always respectful, kind and efficient. They did exactly what they quoted us and did it in a timely manner. All of our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner, also. We really relied on the WaterBear team because our Home Owner's insurance was very slow in returning our calls. They helped us through this very difficult situation. I hope we never have another problem like this, but if we did, I would call WaterBear.

Our carpets were in need of some serious cleaning. Our family dog had shed everywhere and we just had not been able to clean it as well as we would have liked. They came in, they vacuumed, and they shampooed. Their work was thorough and done in a timely manner. My carpets look better than when we moved in : )
