  Had such an amazing time staying at the Double Day Inn. It's right on the battlefield! The Inn keepers Sue and Greg really make you feel at home. Greg makes a delicious and filling breakfast! There are many monuments right outside. The Eternal Flame Memorial monument is within walking distance and a very peaceful and scenic experience. The room is very clean and cozy and you get a good nights sleep. If you want to stay in Gettysburg The Double Day Inn is the place to be!

  Absolutely love this place. Stay whenever we come out to Gettysburg. The hosts are kind and very helpful. Top notch and worth it for sure.

  Stayed at the Doubleday Inn for my anniversary. It was a blast. My wife and I enjoyed hearing the history of the family and area. It was our first time in Gettysburg and the owner gave us a few recomendations for places to eat and shop. All of them were winners. The room was cozy and had a good view of the battlefield. The next time we go to Gettysburg, we will stay at the Doubleday Inn!

  I stayed here with my fiancee for my birthday last month. I challenge you to find a more perfect spot in Gettysburg. Doubleday is situated in a prime location on the battlefield with incredible views. The house itself is very interesting and historic. The proprietors genuinely love history and are attentive to the smallest details. They will gladly cater to food allergies as well. We go to Gettysburg a lot so we definitely intend to stay here again.

  This place was awesome! My wife arranged for a weekend away for our anniversary during the re-enactment weekend. It was so cool staying on the battlefield. Breakfast was great, rooms and beds were comfy and the Inn Keepers are super friendly. We will be back for sure.
