(June 25, 2019, 5:35 pm)4:00 appointment for two fillings. Arrived at 3:45 and was walking out the door around 4:15! Everyone that works here is always very friendly and caring. I had not visited a Dentists office for many years due to an extremely bad experience. Thanks to East Berlin Smiles, I'll be back to regular check-ups and cleanings without that lingering fear I had for years.

(May 21, 2019, 1:48 pm)I had a long visit redo on a very old filling and I need a cap. Before the appointment was scheduled I was advised about how long it would take, my portion of the cost everything up front so no surprises. To start the appointment I was made comfortable in the chair and Dr Cockley and Amber were very reassuring. During the process they both worked quickly and professionally, all the while checking to so that I was okay. They really care about the patients comfort as well as their teeth. I love East Berlin Smiles and staff.

(March 1, 2019, 3:24 pm)The staff and dentist here at East Berlin were amazing!! We were referred here by the lactation Consultant at our pediatrician's office for tongue and lip tie, I called to make an appointment and was able to be seen within a few days. They took their time explaining what a tongue and lip tie and also verified that is what my son had. They also gave us some time in the room to go over the information and decide if we wanted the procedure done that day or not. After the procedure, they gave us time in the room to nurse and soothe Little Man then came back in to go over, in detail, follow up stretches and everything.
They're amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!
