Just wanted to give 5 stars to Francine
Great for the whole family!!! My family has been coming here for years and we always have a good experience. Dr. Morgan is very nice, even our children like him and are relaxed with him. Dr. Morgan is caring, takes time to answer our questions and addresses all of our concerns. He is attentive to my specific sight condition and takes extra time to give me advice/samples and helpful care tips. The office staff was very helpful in finding just the right glasses to fit my face.
I've been going to American Eyewear for nearly 10 years. The doctor is great (quick exam), and the ladies out front are always so helpful. They aren't shy about telling me which glasses are the perfect fit for my little face, and I know I can trust their honest opinions. Also really easy to bring in my glasses for a "tune-up" if a screw comes loose and they sit too low on my nose. Not exactly a jackpot for inexpensive glasses, but the location is convenient and customer service is top notch!
Ask for Leslie. She was superb!!!!
She epitomizes the meaning of "Customer Service".
She was patient and fun and knowledgeable, she knew how to speak to the layperson until they understood, and with a great smile. She just flat-out simplified the process of picking frames, lens, and everything else that goes along with it - including the insurance side. she also knows where to get a quick, good ,milkshake!
Rest of the staff was very friendly also.
Leslie deserves a raise!
BTW, the doctor knows his stuff also.
I recommend to give this place a try.
