  Honest, hard working company. Cares about the customer more then most. Quality of work is very good. Some issues along the way but they were handled very well by the team. Would recommend due to the ability to solve issues, while respecting the customers point of view. Great company. Will be returning in the future. The reason for a 4 star review and not 5 star was the lack of clean up. Hundreds of nails left on site.

  They did a roof on a two story house. Did a fantastic job. The project manager was on site while the work was being done. They completed it very fast, about 1.5 days. They cleaned up and made it really seamless. This company uses a photo app that lets you view their progress by following the pictures taken during the job. This was unique and it gives us a peace of mind since I don’t really want to walk up on the roof myself. I would recommend this company to anyone, they were prompt, fairly priced and very knowledgeable. There was a minor issue that I simply texted them about and the PM came out and fixed it within days of my asking. —wasn’t totally their fault, my house is just odd... they were phenomenal 5+ stars!

  I've done project management most of my life, working with contractors.
  I can honestly say that working with Big Fish was a pleasant experience. Both Tommy and Frank where very good paying attention to details.

  Big Fish Contracting did an excellent job thoroughly inspecting my gutters and repairing a gutter with limb damage. The technician called when he was on his way and arrived on time for my appointment. He was super efficient and offered advice and a perfect solution to fix a problem area. We were very pleased with their response to a small problem. We will absolutely be calling them again when we need anything done. Super friendly, efficient, and reliable. 5 stars!

  Fall 2019 - After soliciting several bids from local companies we decided on Big Fish to replace a roof over our screened porch and to replace the gutters and downspouts on that roof. The entire process was a positive experience. The communication and coordination between ourselves, their office personnel and the skilled professionals who would be performing the onsite work was seamless.
  
  They were able to completely strip and replace the shingles on the roof in one day and made sure that we understood our options in terms of price and quality. They came back the next day to finish off the gutters as well address some vulnerabilities they sighted on our main roof while they were scouting the job.
  
  The roof looks amazing and based on the shingles we selected we should never need to have them replaced again.
  
  Summer 2020 - Nearly nine months after the completion of the project we noticed that the new gutters have not been draining to the extent that one would expect and as a result sentiment was settling more which would continue to degrade the drainage even further. We contacted Big Fish and asked if they would come to take a look, perhaps the pitch just needed adjusted a bit. They were happy to do so and we scheduled an appointment about two and a half weeks out.
  
  A few days prior to the appointment it began raining sporadically but often heavily. Big Fish called to ask if they could send someone 'now' as the issue would be much easier to assess 'in live conditions'. Within 20 minutes someone was here. He adjusted the pitch on both gutters and cleaned the traps.
  
  Everyone we have dealt with from Big Fish has been personable, courteous and professional.
