I have had the pleasure of meeting Tracy and Joe in my time or need after losing a pet...I have needed their services at least 3 times unfortunately... As I write this review I am currently in need of their services once again...I just lost my cat last night...They are both very professional yet extremely respectful of your loss and the services you need. It is so important to feel like you are leaving and trusting your pet to someone's capable hands until the time when you can be reunited with their ashes. Tracy and Joe are both very compassionate, empathetic people. The are also very reasonably priced. They return your pet's ashes in a cute, basic wooden box, however, they have a variety of upgraded containers available for every budget if one so chooses. I also received a beautiful poem and heartwarming token with my pet's name and pawprint...They really help to make the best of a tragic life event...Consummate professionals...
Joe and Tracy have served my family and our beloved pets more times than we'd like to think about. From cremating our dogs, to our rabbits and guinea pigs- I will always trust and support Precious Pets. We always know our pets are in good hands will be treated like they were family to them as well.
Great people. Kind and compassionate. Treated me like family and went out of their way to accommodate me. They have a large selection of urns and they are really comforting during this difficult process. They made everything easier. Highly recommended.
I had to have my beloved cat Sammy cremated today. Joe and Tracy were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and explained the process to me and I got to view Sammy's cremation. Their urns sre positively beautiful and I got a heart shaped paw print. Joe even made me up a tiny bag of Sammy's ashes so I could have a piece of glass jewelry made and sd om fur clippings too. Sammy's cremation was also certified and has a unique identifier number. I will definitely use them in the future as well as my family after they saw all they did for me. Thank you again Joe & Tracy.
From the beginning, Precious Pets has been professional and sympathetic. I had an extremely negative experience at another cremation place in Pittsburgh. After simply speaking on the phone with Precious Pets, I could already tell the difference. They showed me the utmost respect and sensitivity when I was there. They made me laugh and feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They were very open and clear that each pet was individually cremated and had a lovely selection of urns to pick from. While the other memorial service took over a month, Precious Pets was very surprisingly under a week! I highly recommend Precious Pets.
