After I was told by another place that there was nothing in my tire and the valve stem was not leaking Simpson found that there was a nail in it, and it only took them a couple of minutes to figure it out. The other place probably didn't even try to look because it was in plain sight. I can't thank Simpson enough for discovering this and fixing it! I highly recommend them to anyone
