I tried to fill my tires on my own at a gas station but the gauge wasn’t working, so I was worried I overfilled them. The lights on the flat side went off, but then after driving a short distance, they tire lights went on for the tires on the other side. I was in a huge hurry to make it to a doctors appointment, but after that, I called the Tires Plus that I had passed on my way there, explained my tire situation, and they were so nice and checked my tire pressure for free while I was still in the car. In a total of 5 minutes I was back on my way, and the nice tires guys saved my morning 🤘

This is the second google review I have ever done so it is pretty meaningful! I have used this location for the last five years to get oil changes and other repairs like alignments on my vehicles. I usually schedule online, and this past weekend I inadvertently scheduled one of my two vehicles to have the oil change done at a different location. I talked to Nate, the store manager about it on Sunday morning after I dropped off my first vehicle, and he just told me to drop it off the other vehicle after the first one was done and he would fit it in. I really appreciate Nate's assistance when I go there. He lets me know what they see as issues with my vehicles, and he doesn't feel pushy when recommending things. Nate is a great employee for Tires Plus. I look forward to continuing to use Tires Plus because of Nate's kindness and assistance.

I had a flat tire. They were really busy but Joel Carlson and his team stayed late to make sure my car was ready for a meeting I had the next morning. I really appreciate their going the extra mile for me! And everyone was friendly and helpful.

They know Hondas inside & out, up, down, & everywhere. Been going to them for 30 years.

I was on my way to the hospital when I heard a disconcerting sound coming from my right quarter panel. I had to park in the ER parking lot at the hospital the day before and the rebar from parking lot that sticks up through the concrete slabs caught on my front bumper and pulled it out when I backed out. The Gentleman at Matta Motors, where I pulled off to inspect the scraping noise, was kind enough to come out, take a look, and secure my damaged panel so that it was drivable. He wouldn't take any money for good deed. The kindness of strangers can have a positive impact in our day-to-day activities.

Went on a recent road trip so had them check my car out. My uncle referred me and said they were knowledgeable and fair. I was impressed that they were done very quickly the next morning. I thought my brakes may need replaced and let them know that was my main reason for coming. They could of easily told me I needed them and charged me but told me I still had a while to go. Will definitely be going there in the future!
