Cycle Gear

Cycle Gear is my "go to" motorcycle retail store in the Pittsburgh area and NE Ohio. Great gear, prices and selection. Customer service has ALWAYS been excellent—a cut above. In my experience 5 stars for sure.

BTW, I'm not new to this sport. I've ridden motorcycles for over 50 years and still going strong. I own a number of different brands & models. And I have no relationship to Cycle Gear other than being a customer. So there you go.

Awesome place for riding gear. Plenty of options and stock of everything you would need for hands on decisions. But…they can order anything else you need or could possibly want. Staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, receptive to your concerns, and no pressure sales. Prices are great and they have discounts available. Good return policy if you change your mind…
Even though I am about an hour drive away..I think this will be my go to store. Plus I always have the option to call them and have things shipped or order online.

This store went above and beyond for me. They will be getting my future business.
Last month I went down to buy a new helmet for my first long trip (5 days). Brian who was working that evening answered all my questions between the brands and fitments. He was able to get me set with rain gear and even stayed later while I figured out a set of boots that would work.

Sounds great, but that’s just good customer service. Turns out after following his instructions to sit with the helmet on for a couple hours, I noticed it was just too small and caused some pressure points. I called up the next day and asked if there was anyway possible way of getting a XL in stock in a day, that’s right just one day before I left. Brian again went out of his way to call multiple stores to see if they had it in stock. He then called me and said he found a store willing to overnight it to them. Sure enough they did. I received a phone call to come down and exchange it.

These guys are legit and seriously want to offer help to riders. And really because of Brian’s extra time and effort, I had one of the best trips yet logging around 1600miles in 5 days and completing the Tail of the Dragon 3 times. These guys made it happen. Thank you!

The Allison Park, PA Cycle Gear store is the best Cycle shop I've come across. Jesse was beyond helpful. I ordered 3 different helmets online and none of them fit. I called the store and he told me to come in and he'd take care of me. So glad I stopped. This store is over an hour drive for me from WV but 100% worth the trip. I now have a new helmet and bluetooth communication along with a lot of other new goodies too. Getting ready to order luggage for my new bike now. Awesome place. 100% recommended.

Went and got my tire changed. Only took about 10 minutes. As I was browsing a lovely lady came and asked if I was looking for anything specific and I said I could use a new helmet. She helped me pick a pretty dope helmet that fit me. She also gave me options on different visors and such. I walked around some more and a few other employees were also asking if I was looking for anything specific. They know exactly what they are doing. 10/10 recommend. Thanks guys
