  Tracey from Value City Furniture was an amazing help when buying our new couch. She gave us enough breathing room to browse the store and checked in on us now and again if we had any questions. She was not pushy which is great when purchasing such a high priced item. She made me and my family feel very comfortable. I would recommend going to her every time.

  We went in today to pick out a new sofa for when we move into our new house. Adam walked up to us and right from the start was very informative and friendly. Adam gave us space to decide on what we wanted. He came to us and asked what we were looking at and he gave us availability information. Adam also got personal about his furniture and the way he painted the room to match. My girlfriend does not like alot of people but he definitely made an impression on her. She loved how spontaneous and friendly and welcoming he was. Once we found our perfect couch, he sat with us and gave more details about the couch. He was very informative during checkout about delivery and the care program we decided to get. Overall Adam was a fantastic salesman and when we look for more furniture we will be in to see him specifically. Thanks Adam! We appreciate your help!

  Anthony is a terrific salesman. No pressure. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We got the furniture yesterday after a delay that we expected. Delivery crew was quick and respectful. The furniture fits nicely in our space. Thanks for the great service! We’ll be back.

  Lana was absolutely amazing, she was calm,patient, giving us examples with all different things we wanted. There’s a quote I will forever cherish.. Most people think 'selling' is the same as 'talking.' But the most effective salespeople know that listening is the most important part of their job." And that’s how Lana reacted towards us with listening and giving us great ideas to get what we want. Thank you Lana if anyone needs any advice on buying anything please go see Lana.

  A little piece of amazing history and paradise nestled In the hills just south of Pittsburgh. When you walk into the living room and see the revolutionary war era fireplace and living room, you’re instantly transported into another time. The grounds are also beautiful and the innkeeper what is informative and helpful. My wife and I stayed with our six-year-old son, and we loved it. He’s already asking when we can come back LOL.

  What an absolute luxury. This place is wonderful. The owners clearly paid attention to every detail when they rebuilt it. I couldn't have asked for a better escape. The owners are very courteous, welcoming and professional and the cabin and amenities are comforting and peaceful.

  This place was FANTASTIC. The owners were courteous, and extremely helpful. The amenities were perfect and my wife and I loved the breakfast prepared by hand reach morning. I definitely recommend this place
