D-Fit by Deawna Fitness & Wellness Studio

I have been going to D-Fit for about 2 months now, and I cannot think of one negative word to say about it! The atmosphere is welcoming, comforting, and not overwhelming one bit.
I had a lot of anxiety related to taking a class with other people. I am not in the best of shape and thought for sure I would not be able to keep up. I was greeted with a smile and made to feel like I would be able to succeed.
The instructors are kind and encouraging while being challenging all at the same time.
I especially love the Zumba classes and the Get Strong Circuit.
I highly recommend D-Fit to anyone looking to burn some calories!

D-fit is a great fit for everyone! Whether you are looking for aerobic dance classes or strength training, D-fit has you covered. The instructors are amazing, they will motivate you and help you to reach your fitness goals. I strongly recommend the Hip-Hop and Zumba classes... 60 minutes of dancing to the latest party songs while burning a bunch of calories! If you are looking for strength training classes, check out Kettle Bell, Boot Camp or Turbo Kick. D-Fit is a fun, energetic studio that has so much to offer!

D-Fit offers fun ways to work out. If you want to work out but feel like your partying for an hour D-Fit is the place. I love aerobic classes because I like having a set start end end time to get me motivated to work out each day. The instructors are fun and innovative. They use the latest music and techniques to make their routines exciting and challenging. There are also boot camps and other workout options that focus on strength training to mix up your workout schedule. D-Fit offers dance parties along with special events focusing on wellness and health. It is a well rounded facility devoted to the health and wellness of all its members!

I highly recommend Deawna and the D-Fit studio. In the Project Jumpstart program, Deawna shares information about nutrition and fitness, and she helps you to create your own personal weight loss and weight management programs. I truly appreciate that Deawna provides support without judgement. I also enjoy the variety of classes and workshops offered at D-fit. The instructors are great and they all make fitness fun!

D-Fit is great! The instructors are friendly, motivating, and really know their stuff. I love how many different classes there are to choose from. I can get all of my cardio and strength training done just by coming here. I definitely recommend coming here for a workout that's actually fun!
