Compassionate care that works! I am so glad to have found Lisa and Danielle’s services.
I would describe Trigger Point therapy as a fusion of deep tissue massage and chiropractic care without the cracking. For me, it has worked to release the chronic tension in my shoulders, wake up my abs, flush my lymphatic system and leaves me feeling a notable buzz of joyful relaxation. I can’t believe it took me so long to find this type of care with such educated professionals!
I should note that it took me a few sessions to feel those awesome results, but it was so worth the wait. Lisa is honest about what is actually regarding care: I only go in every two weeks! Her prices are fair and reasonable for my budget too.

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Release & Restore Wellness Center is a glass of cool spring water. Every visit offers a refreshing experience, even as your muscles and bones are realigned (which isn't always comfortable). Previously, I went to another chiropractor, and while their services served me for a time, I realized I needed someone who understood my lifestyle; I am a writer and an amateur athlete, which means I spend hours at my desk and hours working out (Aerial Arts and CrossFit). Both place different types of stress on my body, and I needed a chiropractor who would specialize to those needs. Dr. Lisa and Dr. Danielle truly bring their expertise to the table, helping to heal my body and keep it in good condition so I can continue to do the things that bring me joy. Release & Restore Wellness Center is an oasis for heart-centered body care.
I had such a hard time with activating my lower abdominal muscles after my 2nd C-section and Dr. Lisa helped me find them and get them working again!
